Raspberry Macarons are beautiful little bites of heaven – loved by Francophile and gourmet hearts alike.

Their shell is unexpectedly delicate whilst their interior is beautifully soft and chewy. They are light and airy on the palate making them the perfect sweet treat – without guilty pangs.

Macarons will add a dash of colour to your sweets cabinet, dessert selection or catering platter.

Did you know that the raspberry contains ellagic acid, which is a natural antioxidant phenol that fights inflammation? These berries have several health benefits and are loaded with essential vitamins and minerals as well as beneficial antioxidants.

Serving suggestion: Best served either straight from refrigeration; or, if possible… left out at ambient temperature for 5 to 10 minutes before serving to remove the chill and bring out the flavours.
